Jerry is an excellent mortgage broker. I just bought my first home and was a bit nervous about making this big step in life with this large commitment. Jerry was exceptionally professional and not only had me at ease with this purchase he was able to get the best rate on the market. I actually do not know of anyone with a better rate. I would give my highest recommendation to go with Jerry as your broker because he will get the job done right!

I got mortgage renewal for my house a few months back. I have to say Jerry along with his office staff including his office manager were great to deal with. I was able to arrange all the paperwork without even visiting his office once because I lived about 45 minutes away. So It was great to be able to get all the paperwork and related requirements completed without driving all the way there, using only fax and emails. A few times, I had to call Jerry a bit late in the evenings and couple of times on the weekends. I was always able to get through and had my questions or concerns answered. Some people just look for better rate, even if it is only 5 basis points better. But Jerry was not only to get me best rate but I got great terms with my mortgage. I would definitely talk with Jerry and his office next time I will be needing a mortgage.
